When I go to York next week I an interested in finding an Amfleet Cab Control End Car Lionel (6-35454) with a listed length of approximately 19”.  Wondering if it will operate OK on 0-31/0-36 curves?   Same question for the Amfleet Phase IVB Coach cars.   I purchased my first Lionel Legacy Dash 9 diesel (6-28343) at the last Red Carpet sale and it runs just fine on my 0-31 RealTrax curves and its length is approximately 18 inches.   If not, can anyone suggest any coach cars that would go well with my Amtrak Dash 9?

Thanks.

I am not sure if both will make it through the 036 curve, as it might be pushing the limit.

I had a set of Atlas 21 inch Amtrak passenger cars and they needed 042 curves and an SD-45 or equivalent engine's wheelset. My GP-9 worked ell with the 21 inch Amtrak cars until the curves, then it derailed everytime, coupler end play was what I forgot to take into consideration, so 'you may have' a similar problem.

I don't know much about the Lionel dash 9 diesel engine and what it may pull behind without derailing.
