Have a conventional lionel diesel with a bad reverse unit and would like to convert to command and give to my son for christmas. Anyone have a used working dc commander or cruise commander they would consider selling for less than new retail?
I found a used tas ucub sans r2lc that might work. Anyone have a r2lc spare kicking around?

Good luck on your search. I’m sure most people would prefer to hang on to them as they’re not getting any cheaper as almost went away for good this year
Many vendors have the R2LC, but in my opinion, the UCUB is a poor substitute for a Cruise Commander.
