The TW is a a great transformer, but it actually has two transformer coils inside. Each individual transformer coil is approximately equivalent to your CW. Be sure that you have your TW wired so that you distribute the load across the internal pair of transformers, or you will risk overheating it. The internal circuit breakers may no longer provide adequate protection for the transformer.

Basically, each transformer coil is joined together at post A (Common). As you are facing the rear panel, the left side is the "Train" side with variable voltage control, and the right side is the accessory hookups with fixed voltage control. You want to make sure you are not drawing more than 60W consistently from either side.

    IMO it's time to upgrade your Transformer size, look around for a good old ZW.  Jim Lawson here on the OGR forum, rebuilds them like brand spanking new, either the 250 or the 275, both will run your layout properly.  If you have DCS, put 10 Amp breakers between your Transformer & TIU, on the Red line going to the mid rail.
