Mike CT... If I go online I get none of what you show all I get are 2 tunnel portals to view on there website catalog version.

I do get to view those items from your link.

do I have to purchase the catalog online to be able to view all it contains?/ this is frustrating.

I have contacted them directly and they said they never have carried these items adding to my confusion to say the least.

Great,   Spend some money with Scenic Express. 

Scenic Express also has a product called Flexi-wall.   We used Flexi-wall on one of the Fort Pitt High Railer modules.

the only issue I have with the pre-made walls is there not tall enough I need 10"-11" in height so usually make my own.

I use 1" blue hard foam board wish the so called big box stores would stock the 1/2" foam boards too.

how flexible are those flexi-walls was always curious about that.

I did get to scenic express and at least the seam sealers are tall enough for my needs.
