Would You Buy This Model?

Two BL2s.  Sort of looks a bit like a GG1.  No I wouldn't buy it, but looks like he did a nice job!

Given my budget,  I'd be more inclined to build my own.  Nifty concept!

     The Pennsylvania Railroad built three of these for emergency tunnel rescues. If the New York Central had needed one, they would have had to haul it to New England in order to switch it to their tracks.

Reminds me of the one or more double-ended unique styled diesel switchers built for Ford (those, and the Rock Island cabbed B units) are two diesels l would have to be restrained from buying.   But l am safe.....not enough buyers...

Yea, I'd probably buy a model of this.  I think it's pretty cool.

The fifth photo down is an actual railcar. However, none of the models represent actual railcars. Look at the second picture: that is $436.05 in today's dollars for a four-pack.

Definitely. And it looks like the kind of model that a beginner could build on a flatcar.

I've been to Hershey PA a few times over the years and love their products, so if I modelled standard gauge and got a good deal on it, yeah, I might have bought one of these!

None of them are real, but they will certainly be interesting additions to your lay-out.

Never was a reefer or housecar made for Hershey?  Thought l'd seen a old photo, but maybe no.

I would put an entire train of these on my layout! Cool boxcar, great weathering.

Hershey's really did have their own trucks. Most of them delivered milk, while ice cream trucks were a distant second. These trucks only went to and from their factories, however. I THINK that none of these models  represent real Hershey's trucks. But I'd love to have them on my lay-out.

Neat looking trucks, whehter they existed in full size or not!
