WTB E8 AA

Oldcarsrule:

I purchased 4 sets of Weaver E8AA locomotives when they first came out in 1991-92. They are Canadian Pacific, Amtrak, Southern Pacific ( in the same paint you show), and Santa Fe. I might want to sell the Southern Pacific units. These units do not have any sound. Each locomotives just has two motors and an electronic reverse.

I use to visit Balboa Park often in the 80s and 90s and go to the museum when my folks lived in Northern San Diego County and would very much like to visit again soon I hope. I live in Westchester County in New York State.

I have a set of the Daylight but could use a set of the Santa Fe.

I do have an E8 B unit  in Amtrak that I may not need and am considering selling to fund the project.

For now I would only consider selling the Southern Pacific AAs. I like the other 3 more and prefer to hold on to them. If you want to ask me again in the future if you can not find the Santa Fe's elsewhere.

The Southern Pacific AAs have not been run for many years since I bought them in 1991 or 1992. I would say very little run time when I did run them. They are in like new condition and they have not been touched since I ran them back then. I have not thought about a price until now.
