Still looking!  WILLING TO PAY LIST PRICE FOR EXCELLENT OR BETTER CONDITION!

I would like to purchase a Lionel Legacy New York Central F3 set of A-A diesels in excellent condition or better.  Lionel item number is 6-34576 and it was listed in their 2010 catalog.

I saw the one listed on eBay but with no returns and no mention of condition or run capabilities, I am just uncomfortable going there.
