Howdy!
Did you ever find those Weaver head-end cars you were looking for? If not, I have one or two of weaver’s three-rail Pennsy cars that I’m willing to part with. I bought them for a New Haven mail train project that I doubt I’ll ever start. The cars’ condition is like-new.
I am asking $50 apiece, which is not unreasonable, especially if you take a look at how much vendors are charging on E-bay. I am going to ask an additional $20 for shipping: I shipped off a car from another abandoned project last week and that was as much as the Postal Service charged me to ship from Texas.
Please let me know if you’re interested. If I don’t hear back from you for a week, I’ll assume that you’re not interested and that I’m free to sell my car to someone else.
