WTB MARX 1404 signal display

To clarify my old MARX 1404 was a find at a LHS that closed in 1979.

Unfortunately, I installed a 12v bulb instead of an 18v bulb and the plastic signal melted.

I totally forgot about this problem until I found the base recently. Does anyone know of any spare signal assemblies. I’d even purchase a black signal assembly for my grey base if that’s all that existed.
