Am looking for a MOPAC GP38 or 40 preferably with TMCC and I'm not familiar with who might have made this model. I don't see where Lionel did. Maybe Atlas or Weaver? I don't have DCS so MTH is out.
If necessary I could kitbash and repaint/decal a 38 or 40 if I found one done up for another line but spec wise pretty close. I don't think the Lionel Legacy SD40 will run on my curves, several of which are 036.

I have an Atlas Trainman GP-15 for sale.Its conventional but runs great.
I have an Atlas O TMCC MoPac GP35 #611 (catalog # 1132-1) and the non-powered GP35 #603 (catalog #1182-1).

Weaver is who made the GP38 / 40. They also made them in MKT Red. I got the MKT ones but waited too long and missed the MoPac ones. The MoPac ones are hard to find. I have only seen a handful of them on ebay in the last 10 years and I look very often. I was able to find a dummy but that is it.
Atlas made the GP35's, GP15's, MP15's, and a U23b all in MoPac and they are excellent runners and are much easier to find than the Weaver models. I have those and I always get compliments on them.
