Hi Debbie

I run the meeting. I have been trying to get a hold of Mike via email for a while to see if we can get the meeting room at a different time late morning early afternoon Friday.  He did email back once, I promptly replied and haven’t heard back since and that was on March 10th.  I also emailed you about this as well and you suggested calling him. I was going to call him Monday but I’ll do so today and see if I can move it. If not we will not have it. Access to the hall at 7:45 was horrible and frankly doing it so early wasn’t making me at all popular.

If I get a hold of him I will email you with the information. If we can’t change the time then we will not be holding it.
