I know these recap videos aren't for everyone, but for those of you interested, here is my York haul/recap for Spring 2024. This was my first time attending in the Spring and I'd say it was definitely worth the trip.

I always enjoy your content.  It's great that you can share your trip.  When I put together my next video, not a York one, I will talk it about it a bit and probably reference several good videos to have my viewers check out.  I'll add yours to the group!

If some folks are hating on you, ignore them.

I enjoy watching you go through the various stages of attending York - feeding frenzy, being overwhelmed, etc.  And you've learned a lot of the important stuff earlier than many folks - spending time with others, running trains rather than just accumulating them, getting rid of stuff that you aren't using.  Keep it up.  (I've been in trains my entire life and in TCA since 1989 and still haven't applied a lot of those lessons.)

Hopefully you and the other young enthusiasts will consider taking leadership positions in TCA - we need the energy and new ideas.

@MartyE Thank you very much! There are always a plethora of videos after each York meet and they're a lot of fun to watch.

@Hudson J1e Absolutely. You can buy trains any time. But you make the trip to York to see friends and make memories.

@Dylan the Train Man I'm happy someone is finally making an O Scale tier 4 tooling. However, I will not be ordering any of the new ET44s. I'm primarily focused on 90's and 2000's NS. Not to mention, a fleet of ET44s sounds like a lot of $$$$ LOL

@Mallard4468 There's never a shortage of haters, but such is life. I'm glad you enjoy the videos I put together. For me, an amateur, it's the best way I know to share and promote the hobby. And the friends I've made along the way make it more than worth it. The social aspect of this hobby makes everything 10 times more enjoyable.

That's why I decided not to do them.  I figure mine would just be noise in all of the videos out there.  Besides I like to just relax at York.  I don't think trying to create would be as relaxing for me at least.  With good videos like yours and a few others I can mention in my videos folks can get a taste of what York is about.  I still plan on a small quick summary of my experience but nothing dedicated.
