Tried to log on to the MTH website. Couldn't access the product locator data. Called my local dealer who said he had spoken to Dave Krebel who works as an engineer at MTH but is located in Michigan. Apparently, an underground electrical cable at or near the MTH warehouse was interrupted shutting down MTH until tomorrow. So, don't be alarmed if you can't use the website or reach Midge in parts.

MTH is working they just don't have any Internet or phone service. A water main break has cut off
telecommunication service to half of the business park.

As far as I can tell, it's business as usual...
Oh man, I thought they had gone to a wireless tether...
One thing I like about Lionel is the excellent parts search and inventory. I get very little help like that on the MTH site and use it just to get a picture of different rolling stock, etc.
Jim Osborne talked to Jeff weeks ago and Jeff never saw the parts page for the website. Hopefully It will be so easy that a caveman can do it.
It is up again!
i heard that Rich Foster tripped over the cable and knocked out the whole internet on the east coast! :-)

Jeff is no longer at MTH. His last day was January 15th.
It's all working now.
