I agree, nice job! I'd stick with it for a while. Two switching detail options, and looks to me like there is sufficient space between turnouts to avoid operating difficulties.  

Great!  What a perfect layout on which to learn about railroading! Make up a switch list every time you operate and you will have hours of fun.

Looks like a lot fun with a switching puzzle. Make a couple of T-tools to make uncoupling easier. Piece of coat hanger wire in an L.

If you find a slow spot, you may need two power feeds. I would try opposite one another on the curves.

I don't know how you could do any better in the space you are working with.Maybe in the future you will find room to expand.Have fun.Nick
