Thanks for getting us started, Alan.  Nice tank car!  I just finished detailing and weathering a pair of MTH Premier D&H GP38-2's, powered and non-powered.

The tank car is amazing and the engines magnificent.

As you progress, try the paint fading technique next. I found a nice example of a 7323 UV faded yellow & blue D&H for your next encounter.

Here’s my latest custom Microscale decaled MEC Prime Mover car in green. If you can’t find it as generally in my case, then you have to MAKE IT!

Out with the silly MTH schemes and in with REALVILLE…………………..

I'm really impressed... your own sand blasting system... wow! You've got to do a lot of refinishing to justify that. I'm still trying to justify getting a spray booth that could be vented outside. Nice tank cars too. All good!
