I thought we had it. I changed the BCR, powered up and same muffled sound and flashing red light on transformer after a few seconds. Tried a second time and it powered up normal, let it charge for about a minute. Normal operation, forward and reverse. Ran a half loop, about 20 feet, stopped and transformer flashed red. Checked connections on tender, powered up, no sound and flashing red. Checked connections again, powered up, and nothing now. No sounds, headlight on engine does not come on, but no light on transformer. What next?
