Have you eliminated the possibility of a ZW-L issue by disconnecting the transformer and testing each trottle output separately?

Have you tried disconnecting the BPC2 units to provide power directly from the ZW-L throttles to tracks 2 and 4 to evaluate whether the same issue occurs?
