Very cool Divco Milk Truck Conversion to 'Streets (pics, video, instructions)

I've wanted to convert the American Heritage Divco Milk Truck truck to 'Streets for some time. And what better milk company than Borden?

Photos and video below. I did this conversion as one of the examples in my second 'streets book: the conversion probably took less than an hour but I've spent about five hours taking pictures and writing. I've attached the early draft of the pages that cover its conversion in a .pdf below. It has not been proofread or copy-edited but its accurate as to how I built it.
