After I tore the stock board set out of my old Sunset Allegheny, I later learned that the settings on the TMCC boards were adjustable. I wonder if someone could help explain how to set them to me or to this post?

I'm wondering if the settings are wrong on the boards? I'm also wondering if those settings change how an engine runs on conventional power?
