My super sale tinplate purchase came through quickly and in apple pie order. The elapsed time from when the order was placed to when it actually arrived was just 46 hours, which may be something of a record between Long Island and mid-Michigan. UPS shares part of the credit, but one must give kudos to a retailer's personnel when they so promptly come through.

 

I guess I need to number Nassau Hobbies among my LHS's.

oops!  Was tempted to place an order for a couple of items.  I was hemming-and-hawing and I had in my mind that this sale was for the 'Month' of April.  Just reread the original post, and not just the title, and saw it ended on April 18th!
