JV Models owns Suncoast
"JV Models is the parent company,  manufacturer and distributor for fine, wood, craftsman, model railroad kits sold under the brand names of JV Models, John Rendall Scale Models and Suncoast Models. We manufacture kits in N, HO and O scales."

The web site does not list a price nor description so it seems the kit may be discontinued. You can try contacting them -

I am finishing up on two models - one from a kit and one scratched built. Once complete I will post a 'how to' for this structure. If you do get hold of a kit please note that if built to kit instructions the structure will be too low to allow some of the newer full scale locomotives to pass underneath. At least an extra inch of height should be designed in. I am not also too fond of mixing wood and plastic since super glue is needed but has proven to have strong but somewhat brittle joints. The new design is all plastic.

I would love to attempt to scratch build this structure.  Looking forward to you how-to.
