At the Trolley Treats candy shop in Disney California Adventure, there is a window display that looks like a candy mountain with a 3-rail trolley going around the base of the mountain on what looks like Atlas 027 or 036 track.
After disappearing into the mountain for a few seconds, the trolley re-appears on a higher track still circling the mountain... however this time the trolley is on HO gauge track, making it appear higher and farther away than it actually is.
After disappearing again into the mountain for a few seconds, the trolley re-appears on an even higher loop of track, this time in N gauge (I think).
After disappearing on the top of the mountain for a few seconds, the trolley re-appears on the middle loop, and then a while later re-appears on the bottom loop and the cycle starts over.
It is well known that Disney employs forced perspective in many areas of the parks, making buildings appear larger than they really are. I just thought it was cool that they did the same thing in window display using trains.
