I recently saw an ad on Facebook where someone was selling “the first premier steam locomotive” that MTH made. Which got me thinking what was the first premier steam engine they made? I don’t remember. I think the first with PS 2.0 was the PRR Atlantic. But I’m not sure about that either. Anyone remember?

That probably would have been the Challenger 4-6-6-4 rendered as a diecast steam engine rather than Brass that behind the scenes they were doing for Weaver. Also would exclude the diecast steam engines he did for Lionel.
Unless of course I am wrong.
You're correct about the Atlantic being the first with PS2.
