Good luck w/ it. I love the Forney locos. They're especially great for kitbashing projects. When I built my new 36" X 24" layout the rear overhang would never make the tight curves, so I made it into a 2-4-0 tank loco. I may try to add a set of trailing wheels to make it into a 2-4-2 at some point or buy another one and make the 2-4-2 another project...

Jeff, I'm contemplating the reproduction of a SIRT Forney in O Gauge in which, as SIRT Steve has so aptly stated, "anything goes".   In attempting research what may be available in O Gauge/Scale, I've seen the Bachmann Forneys in On30 but, having no experience in that realm beyond what Wikipedia can tell me, so I'm completely ignorant as to how you achieved your apparently re-gauged "Miracle on O-27".  Here is generally what I am hoping to approximate:
