This item was created by Miller Engineering for Fort Pitt to use as a fundraiser. It has the usual qualities of Miller's O gauge animated billboards. You have a choice of billboard style for mounting on your scenery or as a desktop unit. There are different operating syles (6) at least. Either style is $40 plus $8 shipping for a total of $48.
