Followed the instructions on their site but no luck. I know the lever is properly seated in the U-channel but the U-channel doesnt seem to be moving back and forth like the front one. It use to work but I dont really know why it started acting up. 2029 works fine. Any input let me know. Thank you!

"As you noticed, one of the pantographs wasn't operating during the video I posted. I decided to take a look inside, and what I found was the motor Assembly wasn't lining up with the pantograph lift arm. So it was just a matter of taking the Motor assembly off, and lining it up with the pantograph arm. "
Did you test it with the shell off before reassembly?
