I have for sale a set of Lionel Santa Fe F3 diesels (item number 6-11711) (cab numbers 8100, 8101 and 8102) and five Santa Fe extruded aluminum passenger cars (items number 6-19109 baggage car, 19110 combo car, 19111 diner car, 19112 passenger car and 19113 vista observation car). This set was introduced in the 1991 catalog. These were made in the USA and the powered A features dual motors, lighted number boards, Magnatraction, add on detail like portholes, grab irons, metal ladders, metal screen vents, etc. Powered unit also has RAILSOUNDS. B unit and second A are not powered. This was the first set offer by Lionel in the modern era to reproduce all the add on features that were offered in the first issues of their F3's.
This is a beautiful set and is in excellent to like new condition. Photos are available upon request.
