Paint color on 773 PWC Hudson from 2005 | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

My eyes might be playing tricks on me, not sure. I just opened the Hudson from the 773 freight set from 2005. I recently purchased it off a gentleman I have dealt with many times. My question is looking at the Lionel Lines on the tender the lettering is white. However the numbers 773 on the loco are silver. To those that have this set, is that the norm. Thanks Dave

Wonder why they did the Hudson representing the sixtys with silver numbers like the 50 version?
