I was busy and not getting an attachment tool when I wasn't busy.

  I think most Easterners have been busy with storm prep at the coast or enjoying the nice inland weather going on outside.  The "end of summer lull".

See your following the "rules of the range and farm land.

Wire or boards on inside to keep critters in, on the outside to keep critters out or for decoration only. Grew up with this rule on fencing.

I don't think the PRR ever reclassed it once it was cut in half after the wreck when they decided to make it into MOW. It worked the Wilmington, De. home base for GG1 maintenance.

  If it had a US Army star someone might say, Gee I won.

But mostly they just point and say Gee.
