Has any MTH dealer done a custom run of PS-2 covered hoppers. If yes, which ones were done.

Jim - you did a significant number of custom run PS-2 hoppers with Weaver. All spectacular, and hopefully, one of the current OGR dealers/sponsors will pick up the banner, even though Weaver is gone.
Definitely, the Weaver PS-2 covered hopper was my favorite Weaver car.
Atlas O now owns the Premier O scale PS-2 2-bay covered hoppers that are produced in the MTH production facility.
The dealers will have to contact Atlas O.

Weaver did a very nice model of the PS-2 cover hopper. One of their last projects.
IMO, Lionel’s version of the PS-2 2-bay covered hopper is one of their nicest scale freight car offerings. Surprised there haven’t been more custom runs of this highly-detailed car. Here’s one from a very small “custom-run” (only 3 cars total 
) that I did a few years ago.

The MTH PREMIER PS-2 2-bay covered hopper needed to have a more accurate ILLINOIS CENTRAL and ILLINOIS CENTRAL GULF paint scheme and road number combination.
Now ATLAS O is going to have to produce the PREMIER PS-2 2-bay covered hopper in the most accurate ILLINOIS CENTRAL and ILLINOIS CENTRAL GULF paint schemes and road numbers.
