I am confused about the Train Shed Cyclopedia (TSC) article indexes that relate to 1st - 2nd Generation Diesel Locomotives from ALCO, Baldwin, EMD, GE, and Fairbanks Morse ...
The concerns I have are:
1.) The only published Train Shed Cyclopedia article index that I know of covers #1 to #41, but no index seems available after #41,
2.) Train Shed Cyclopedia documentation about Diesel Locomotives seem scattered because there are TSC Diesel Parts 7 - 11, however whatever happened to TSC Diesel Parts 1 - 6 and which TSC issues contain these missing articles/sections?

I would appreciate any help finding where are TSC Diesels Parts 1 - 6 issues and what info is contained in these issues.
