HEY GUYS, THIS HAS BEEN A GOOD PLACE FOR ME TO BEGIN A PARTS HUNT SO HERE IS WHAT I'M CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR

I BOUGHT A NICE NEW SHELL OFF THE BAY. NEED A PAIR OF PANTOGRAPHS TO GO ON IT. ALSO NEED A SET OF GRABIRONS/HANDRAILS FOR THE AMTRAK E-60 THAT HAS EVERYONE (8) BROKEN. MY ONLY OTHER RECORSE IS TO GLUE THE BROKEN ONES ON BUT I REALLY THINK THIS ISNT A GOOD IDEA AS THE WILL EVENTUALLY BREAK AWAY FROM THE CAB. ANYBODY KNOW A GOOD SOURCE. DON'T LOOK TO BACHMANN AS THEY DON'T STOCK PARTS. YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD DUE TO THE FRAGILITY OF BOTH THE PANTOS AND THE HANDRAILS.  ANYWAY HOPE SOMEONE CAN HELP.   THANKS JOE E

I agree with you. you would think as they keep producing the same things over and over again they would at have a good supply of parts. as for buying shells for parts? I found a guy here with grabirons but the only way he would sell them is if I bought a shell with no pantos for 35.00.  to me 35.00 for 8 irons is way out of line almost 5 bucks a piece.   i'd use black 14 gauge romex first. wondering if I can get somebody to 3d print them cheaply?  as for the pantos if worse comes to worse I could always use a mth faively panto thanks for the reply  joe

Not intruding at all. Have been roaming the internet and this is all that i was able to find:

Lionel Acela Pantograph - NOS
( 191336040284 )

At $39.95 it seems a bit pricey!

I may have an Atlas one from an AEM7, black i believe if i can find it. i'd say it should be valued the same a GG1 panto or $20 plus $3.50 shipping. I base this on the lowest priced Lionel GG1 pantograph i found on ebay. I checked Atlas and they don't even list it anymore! Sorry i can't be of anymore help.
