I just checked the Atlas website, and the connector you list does not appear with O scale/gauge equipment. The similar item in O appears to be item number 6927.
If you still want the specs, I would suggest you contact Atlas through their website.

Calling Atlas is the way to go. I have one of the 6927's, it doesn't give the ratings in the instructions. Also have a couple of Atlas layout and wiring books, they don't say either. Atlas makes some of the other HO electrical items for O also. Like this one they are 69xx part numbers instead of 2xx part numbers.

The Atlas HO #205 rating is probably only 2 amps, might even be less. A modern HO engine draws less than 1 amp, even if it has DCC and sound. When Atlas came out with their line of compact, easy to wire electrical components, the ratings were much higher. This was due to the inefficiency of the 3 pole motors that were used to power the engine.
