I noticed some passenger car sets offer a dome car and there is also a full length dome car add-on available. Of course they do the same with Pennsy sets and Pennsy didn't (couldn't) run them do to the height requirements.

 

Also, did NH have names for their various passenger schemes? I know of two streamliner schemes, the Pullman 86OO (orange window band) and there was a predominately black with top orange band.

There were Hunter Green window stripes on the Pullman-Standard streamlined cars from the late 1940's until the McGinnis era (1956?).

#90:  I believe that the B&O dome cars were actually rebuilt by the RR itself and were somewhat lower that Western dome cars.  But speaking of domes under catenary; The Milwaukee Road not only used domes, but Superdomes under catenary, all the way to the West Coast.  It is my understanding that the Milwaukee's catenary was mounted higher than on the Eastern RR's.  Seems to me that I heard that the wire was something like 25' above the rail, whereas the Pennsy's is about 22'.
