Hello Phil, hope you are still looking for some of those switches.

Sorry to be so late responding, but I'm not a regular on the O Gauge forum and had a phone message from a friend who is when I got home today after a week away.

I have 13 O gauge manual switches of various types and conditions.  Following is a list.  All have have direction indicators and working lights except as indicated.

  • 2 pr 042 (2 L, 2R) in excellent condition, I will test.
  • 3 pr 042 not as good looking and need testing.  I have five mechanisms so can make 2 pair plus one right or left.
  • 1 pr 021 (prewar) with green base
  • 2 RH 021 with black base

The 021 switches need work.  I can sell them as is or I can fix them.  I'd be glad to photograph them and send to you so you can see how they look.

As to price, I will see  fully tested and good looking 042 switches for $35 a pair.  Prices fo the others depend on what work you'd like done on them.  Altogether,I'd say $100 to $150 for your five pairs.

As background on me, I buy old Lionel stuff that has been sitting for years in basemens and attics.  I clean it up, make it work and sell (usually) on Ebay.  But I'm open to independent dealing.

Hope this interests you.
