Re: Menards building sizes

I am interested in ordering some of the Menards buildings, but I have some questions about their size.

For example, the Hobby Shop is listed as being 6" tall and the Camaraderie Bar is listed as being 7" tall. I would have expected them to be the same height since they are very similar 2 story buildings. Does anyone have both of them? How would they look if positioned very close to each other?

How are the sizes of the Menards buildings compared to MTH buildings? Would the Menards buildings look out of place near MTH buildings?

Can't answer your specific questions, but not all 2-story buildings are the same height:

Will be a nice building in any case.

One great feature pictured here is the stair stepped buildings as the road height changes.

At it's hightest point of the roof the Comaraderie Bar & Grille is 6-1/2", the Menards hobby shop is 6-3/8"

If you are running into space issues I highly suggest the Sully's tavern... I am not sure if Menard's has them but they have,

Great looks, smaller foot print, nice LED lighting.

The Menard's hobby shopI received is 6 inches tall when on its base, and 10 by 4 1/2 wide or so, with the base being 1/8 inch thick in addition, and 11 inches by a tad less than six wide.
