Does any know if there is a match for the Great Northern green/brown scheme used on the MTH F3's? I need to do a touch up, but the scale paints I have, Scalecoat and Floquil are off in color. I have tried to mix various colors, but haven't found a close match yet.

I would like to avoid repainting the entire shell.

Thanks

RAY

To be accurate, the Scalecoat and Floquil are probably correct - it's the MTH Great Northern colors that are off.    MTH is often color-challenged, I've found.

While some of the MTH renderings of Glacier Green and Big Sky Blue were definitely off back in the 1990s MTH has been very accurate with their Great Northern colors for many years now.  Their NP colors are accurate too.  The GN and NP historical associations have done the hobby a great service by making accurate color information and drift cars available to modelers and manufacturers.

Green and brown? No such scheme for Great Northern. Green and orange? Yes.

Omaha Orange and Pullman Green to be precise.
