mth z40-4000 transformer repair!

I was just checking the reset program feature to make sure the transformer worked, that what i was doing, and yes i already new if both throttle were full on you would get a short light! nOriginally Posted by Marty Fitzhenry:

I've seen this kind of problem when i use to repair micro processor boards when i use to work for a nuclear power plant repairing microprocessors based systems, and i have seen ac ripple on dc power supply causing this kind of lockup in microprocessor circuits. thanks for any help  that any one can provide
