Need a set of Weaver #706 Hi-Rail Trucks

Trying to couple an old style Weaver RS-3 chain drive 0 scale (three rail) locomotive to an O gauge consist. The instructions say to use a set of the #706 Hi-Rail trucks on the lead car of the consist to prevent the locomotive from derailing the car. These are the Hi-Rail trucks that have the coupler that swings independently of the truck. If you have them, know where I can buy them or can suggest an alternative, please respond with price and shipping to my email- dlagrua@comcast.net .
