Sounds like a dumb question, but anyone know how to properly remove the shell from a new Lionel F7?

I take off the 6 screws on the bottom of the frame, and the rear lifts off, but the front still feels attached.

I don't want to force/break anything.  Is there a secret here? Am I missing an invisible screw?

Thanks, Dave

Dave; with the six screws removed the shell SHOULD come off. I suspect the shell is binding on something around the "cab" platform that hold the "crew" figures. Try spreading the shell slightly around that area or wiggling it while lifting the shell from the rear. Eventually it should come free and be removed. There are several wire harness' to the nose of the shell that you need to be aware of and disconnect once accessible.
