New Polar Express Freight

For those of us into the Polar Express/Railroad freight... my Polar Express Kinkade boxcar and Polar Express reindeer stock car arrived today from CharlesRo.

The Polar Express N5B caboose, Polar Express aquarium car, and Polar Express work caboose are showing ship dates in November and December on the invoice, so hopefully that will indeed be the case. While I would like to have seen all these branded as Polar Railroad, I'm glad we're continuing to see freight stock in these attractive colors.

Here is the Kinkade car alongside all the previous PE 6464-style boxcars.

The new PE reindeer stock car has a simpler deco than its Polar Railroad predecessor--and didn't come with any reindeer this time!

All in all, glad to see these guys arrive!

Ams, I have the same four PE boxcars you've pictured and like you, am waiting on the same soon to be shipped other POE cars and caboose that you've ordered, (with the exception of the reindeer car).

Also have the PE flatcar with PE Bell offered by LCCA a few years back. Not only will they make a fine consist pulled by my whistle steam effect PE loco but also look handsome behind the 10th Anniversary PE diesel.
