Doug,

I'm not really sure what the nudge factor is, but she seems in perfect harmony with the alcos on start up in a tmcc lash up. She does pullout the draw bar on the first diesel and they all take off smoothly. I've got to go to 100 steps on the Hudson though as that may have had them all move too quickly as I advance the throttle. Oh, I like the early model like yours better than mine and want one, but haven't found a deal yet.

Greg,

Thanks,  the layout is 22 X 15 around the wall so I could have broad curves. Half of it is torn up now to install code 148 track and then I'm adding an engine servicing area in one quadrant.

Paul,

These hudsons are pretty stout pieces. To put in the Tmcc I had to insulate the tender chassis from the tender shell and use the tender shell as the antenna. A bite in the bum. When I first got it, I had to take the locomotive apart and adjust the spring tension on the motor mount and found the loco shell detail is very well soldered together.

Go for it.

Ron
