Hello, I'll purschase a kit from Labelle . It is the 50'ft Soo line Combine. I have a question about what trucks to use for them.

Best to check PSC and see if they still offer their brass 4-wheel passenger trucks for 2-Rail SCALE. Might also try P&D Hobby Shop. There MTH 3-Rail trucks from their 1880s passenger cars might also work.

Then your only choice would be those nice MTH 4-wheel passenger trucks. For what it's worth, I have quite a few freight cars and cabooses equipped with 2-Rail SCALE wheeled trucks, and they work fin on our Atlas track & turnouts.

I have no idea. Our layout is all Atlas, and all locomotives and rolling stock up-graded to Kadee couplers.

Actually you're looking for appropriate trucks with 3 rail wheelsets - you could probably use the trucks from PSC, Walthers/Keil-line/Scale City Designs, and I think also those from Wiseman Model Services by just using 3 rail wheel sets in them.
I agree with MWB. Any scale truck should work with hi-rail wheels. Scale City makes a body mounted dummy coupler which mates with 3-rail couplers.
The problem with scale trucks comes when you want to light the car. You need a 3rd. rail roller pickup. The MTH trucks are the easiest to add the roller to.
