WTB Postwar Steamer quick for Christmas! | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

Would love to find a postwar steamer like a 2046, 2056, 646, 681 2025 etc and tender. Would prefer a hudson type over 2025's though. Needs to be a good runner, it's going to be for my son. I would need to have it shipped in time for Christmas and I'm in Maryland. I don't think the shipping should be a problem as there is some time left. If you have any that you know will be a good dependable engine please let me know! thanks for looking

Attached are photos of a 2026 and a 2037 both with non-whistle tenders. They run great, reverse, smoke and light up, they also look good. Either one $75.00 plus priority mail which will be $10.00 tops.

Let me know if you want one, I can have it at the postoffice tomorrow early am.

Thanks, I'll keep these in mind. I would really like to find one with a whistle tender, and maybe hand railing etc.
