I guess the best bet would be to order their products from a LHS that has them in stock.
I wish that Lionel would acquire this company's signals and roll them into the Fastrack system. Maybe even with simulated ballast bases to snap right into a fastrack section.
Seems like a perfect fit regarding the plug and play approach.
believe it or not I just got through via phone to z stuff. young lady was VERY apologetic and said my order should arrive Friday the 28th. also getting a refund on my shipping cost. miracles do exist.
Don't forget a lot of the toy train suppliers are very small Family run firms. May have only 1 or 2 employees who have to do everything.
I emailed about a particular signal, got a response from Susan, and then tried to call to place the order. I kept getting the voice mail and left several messages and got no response. I finally called the other number on the website and got Dennis, who said I had to call the other number. I told him I had been trying and leaving messages with no luck. He said send him a email, which I did, and never got a response.

They have always gotten back to me immediately when I used them in the past.
This is all surprising, since I have always found Dennis to be very responsive and helpful, and orders filled promptly.

It's not Dennis that runs the online store, it's his daughter. As stated above when it comes to the online store he deflects to his daughter. Why I don't know them personally and I don't know if she's a good person or not. The fact remains there are issues with ordering direct from Zstuff Express.
This may not help now but in the future order Z-Stuff from Ross Custom Switches website, listed under accessories, as Ross usually has it in stock and may take a few days to to two weeks for delivery. I did this before and had no problems with Ross website.

After reading some of these responses I called Z Stuff Express number again on Thursday August 27,2015. I did not get a response to the voice message I left.
Lee, I checked the Ross website and he doesn't list the signal I'm looking for, but thanks.
