140L Tunnel Measurements

Taken from Doyle’s book, it stands 20” tall, and had a 24 1/2” by 37” footprint.  It forms a 90 degree curve.  It was made1927 thru 1932.

Telecom:   Thanks, I have those measurements.   I am looking for the measurement of the face of the Tunnel’s portal.    

I am trying to figure out if I have enough room on the layout - the tunnel would be corner up against two walls.  Real estate is at a premium on my layout.   I would hate to spend the money, only to find out it doesn’t fit on my layout.

 Yes, thank you.  The e-mail showed up last night.  Well, after taking detailed measurements, I have concluded that a 140l will not fit on my layout.  I am very disappointed.
