I bought a 465 Dispatch station today at the greenberg show. I don't have instructions other than what is in my repair manual. How do I hook the thing up to get the talk feature to work? According to to the manual it takes batteries. What kind of batteries? D cells? I tried hooking it up and checked the wiring both in the station and microphone it looks good however its not working. The only thing that looked out of place was the spring inside the mike. How is the spring connected? I have it hooked to a little metal nub on the microphone speaker bu that doesn't seem right.
