D/H Otter is a frequent visitor to my airport. 

Admittedly cheating because it doesn't fly. But it looks like it could!

I have a 1/48 plastic Cessna-172 kit and a 1/48 B-25 Mitchell bomber kit.

I am going to make them into flat car loads.

Although both the kits measure out to be dead on 1/48 scale and the flat car is scale as opposed to traditional size, I may use a traditional size flat car for the C-172 as it looks too small on the scale sized flat.

This probably under "flying" things?

1/36, so I will suspend it in the back of the train building.  

Found this  at a recent train meet. I will probably put it in my plasticville hanger.not bad for $5!

i might be able to clean it up a bit. 

I have a flying witch and ghost Halloween pylon.  

I am hoping to get some spaceships though...

When I was a kid, I had all sorts of airplane plastic models. Alas, when we moved, my mother practiced a passive-aggressive form of packing, apparently putting the models on the bottom of boxes, under much heavier things that crushed them. So I only have a few models from that era.

In the 1990s I bought a lot of WW2-era lead and other airplane toys on trips to London and other places in the UK. I have them on display in my living room in a shadow box. The gray one at left is lead, as are the several spitfires:

I have a P-51 in the hanger, and some other world visitors.
