Atlas O Parts Source

Go to Atlas O's site and there you will find a phone # to call and a email address for contacting customer service. Don't hold your breath on getting the part. I don't think any Mfg. maintains parts for a unit that old.

I had an un-powered GP9 that I wanted to power and needed the main transfer gearing. The P/N came up as a part for another engine so I called them. I forget the gentleman's name but he was most helpful and assured me the P/N was correct for what I was looking for. Got it in a couple of days.

Thanks. I did end up calling Atlas because the parts list that I found on their website either did not show the parts I was looking for or indicated they were not in stock. However, when I sent an e-mail, I got a response that all the parts I was looking for were in stock. On the phone, the service department was VERY helpful.

Well, I am still looking for replacement parts for this AEM-7. It appears the part is not available from Atlas, so if anybody knows of a donor AEM-7 it would be great. I only need the power truck and the connecting wire from the roller, so it does not matter if the shell is intact or the board works...just a powered truck that works.

Well, after several tries I was able to get in touch with the right person at Atlas O (Bill Serratelli) and I received the parts I needed to rebuild the power truck on the AEM-7. Bill was very helpful in getting me the parts I needed to return this locomotive to service on our club layout.
