I would like to scratchbuild the sub station in the photo below. I am having difficulty finding brick wall sections. I have found some that are approximately 4" x 3" and expensive and, of course, I could kitbash ot scratchbash a Korber structure but it does not seem like the wall sections would be big enough and also free of windows. Ameritowne buildings have walls with three protruding brick separations which seems like a lot of cutting.

Of course, I would also like suggestions on the electrical equipment, too.

Many thanks

What about Ameri-Towne, they sell just the brick walls from their kits and I think some with no windows. They are all red I believe and would also probably be a lot of cutting. Also I think Plastruct and Evergreen make sheets of bricks that could be used for walls. At my LHS I have only seen white in those from what I remember anyway. They were like 8"x10" or so, kind of like a full sheet of paper size wise.

Here's a recent thread that might be of interest? Electric Sub-Station

I was wrong about the Plastruct, it comes in colors: Plastruct Sheets and Evergreen doesn't seem to have brick sheets?

Here is one I scratchbuilt for the New Jersey Hi Railers , it was from plans of a 1950-60's industrial architecture book.  I also have 11x23 of resin cast brick panels I use that are about .090 thick, I had a master laser etched into acrylic and then made a mold of it to cast panels for large walls and then I can cut windows in it with a CNC router wherever desired . I also mill the panels to different thickness to stack them for various trim and reliefs  IMG_2425IMG_2426IMG_2427IMG_2428IMG_2430IMG_5138[1]IMG_5139[1]
